Why do we need to call you?
As explained on our website we will confirm your requirements, as per the form submitted, and then call you to verify the details provided. This is to make sure all the information is correct and allows us to refer you to suitable installers so they can contact you and provide a quote. The call will only take about a minute or less.
What if I miss your call?
You can call us back or you can email us at [email protected] to request a call back at a suitable time for you.
We will attempt to call you up to 3 times. If we do not get an answer after 3 tries, we will unfortunately reject your request for a quotation.
Can you give me a verbal quotation?
Your verification call from Quotes For Stairlifts is not a sales call, so we will not be attempting to sell you any products and we cannot provide a quotation at this stage. The installer will contact you directly to discuss this with you and provide further information about pricing.
I just wanted a brochure; can I request this?
If you would just like to receive a stairlift brochure and not a quote, please discuss this with our advisor during the verification call. If you have already requested a brochure only via our form our team will already be aware of this. Please note if we are unable to get in touch via telephone, we cannot request a brochure to be sent to you.
We do however recommend that you discuss a survey with the stairlift installer, as brochures can only give information on specifications and models and do not list prices. The brochures do not list prices because the price is dependent on the length of the rail and any modifications that may need to be made according to your home and staircase. The only way of getting an accurate quote is to have a survey so the installer can assess your staircase and user needs.
